I wrote this Vibrant Spinach Soup Recipe last week because I was craving something healing, warm, and vibrant.
I seem to be on a never-ending quest to balance both the desire to put good food in my body and also enjoy the culinary aspects of what I eat. I’m ok with that, I don’t think it will ever end. And I suppose that’s why I’ve been writing recipes on the internet for so long. It keeps me honest.
This new recipe (link and video below) is loaded with good nutrition and tastes lovely, too. Don’t forget the lime juice and mint at the end; they really take it up a notch.
I’ve also been experimenting with shorter-form recipe videos. I’m always torn between wanting to give every detail (like I do here) or just doing a quick and fun video (that, surprisingly, still takes a good amount of effort). These are the questions people like me are asking now, and I’d love to hear your thoughts!
