The almond flour cookies are something I make often and can make with my eyes closed. The chocolate cookies are a once-a-year adventure for me, so I had to call my mom mid-episode on this one because I couldn’t remember if I needed to press the cookies down or not, so yes, that’s a real phone call with my mom there 😂
